Returns
Items may be returned within the mentioned delivery period (at the time of order) for a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided they are:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned with all tags attached
- Accompanied by original packaging where applicable
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. Eligible items may be exchanged for an alternative size, colour, or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Care team before returning your item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, selected items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will work promptly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
